Home/Living with and Being ADHD/I really dislike days when my ADHD seems to act up, even when I’ve slept well, eaten well, and taken my medicine.

I really dislike days when my ADHD seems to act up, even when I’ve slept well, eaten well, and taken my medicine.

I’m relaxing at home while Fara sleeps off the Xanax she was given before & after LASIK surgery this morning. I keep thinking of things to do, but the moment I start thinking about doing any of them, my brain immediately says, “Nah, I don’t feel like that after all. Maybe this? Nope! Hey, this would be great – but maybe tomorrow.”

It’s an endless loop. 😢😣😔😒😕
